How new is the facility?
Construction was complete and the facility opened in May 2022. We offer a variety of drive-up storage units as well as covered, uncovered, and fully enclosed RV, boat and other vehicle storage.
When can I access my unit or parking space?
Our gate access hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week, 365 days a year.
What units do you have available?
We are a brand-new facility offering affordable storage units in a variety of sizes. We are filling up quickly, so it is best to call ahead to reserve or rent online to make sure you secure your unit!
What type of security do you have?
We are proud to offer state-of-the art video surveillance cameras, individual gate access codes and live video camera monitoring after hours.
Do you sell locks or other moving supplies?
We sell highly secure disc locks as well as a wide variety of moving supplies to help make your moving experience as easy as possible. Check out our merchandise wall in the office. You can also purchase a lock 24/7 when you rent a storage unit through our self-serve kiosk, located right outside the office.
What documents do you require to rent a storage unit or parking space?
We require a current government issued photo ID such as a state issued driver’s license, state photo ID or a current passport. All renters must be at least 18 years old. For vehicle storage, proof of current registration and a copy of insurance is required.
What are the lease terms?
All leases are on a month-to-month basis. We do ask for a 10-day notice prior to move-out.
What is your method of payment?
We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our monthly autopay feature with a credit card of your choice. In addition, you may pay online, in person or at our new kiosk, located right outside the office. We accept cash, check and credit card.
Do I need insurance on my storage contents?
Yes, you must have insurance on your belongings at Lebanon Storage. We are pleased to offer affordable insurance options at the facility. If you are covered by your own homeowners or renter’s insurance, a copy of the declaration page is required at rental. We are happy to sign you up for our insurance and will happily discontinue it once we receive your insurance declaration.
Do you offer RV and boat storage?
Lebanon Storage offers covered, uncovered and fully enclosed RV and boat storage with power. Charge up your RV battery and be on your way!
Do you have pushcarts and dollies at your facility?
Yes, we have complimentary carts to help make your move-in go smoothly.
